At Seren Fox, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.
This guarantee applies only to eligibility review and does not guarantee a refund. All refund or exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues
