Thank you for shopping with Seren Fox! Each blanket is handwoven by hand, one at a time, so shipping timelines are a little different from typical ready-made products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Handling Time
Because every blanket is made by hand, we require time to craft your order before it ships.
Current processing time:
🧶 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
This time is used to weave, finish, inspect, and prepare your blanket with quality care.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Once your order ships, transit time begins. Shipping time varies by destination:
📦 Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
🌍 International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Processing + Shipping Example
If you place an order on Monday:

We handcraft and package the blanket by the following Monday

Your order ships that week

Then transit time begins
Total delivery may feel longer than typical online purchases — but that’s the nature of handmade, made-to-order quality.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
✔ A confirmation email
✔ A tracking number
If you don’t receive tracking info within 7 days of purchase, email us at serenfoxstore@gmail.com and we’ll help.
Shipping Delays & Issues
Delays can happen due to:

Seren Fox is not responsible for carrier delays once the item has shipped. If your package shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll assist you.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
